Time to say: “I don’t care!”
Hi, my dear. I want to share something. Then, it will be your turn next. Are you willing to read it? Well, that’s entirely up to you. In reality, everything comes back to you—your own decision—while I can only offer a small opinion from my heart.
Sometimes, we interpret thinking about others as a form of caring. But if the intensity of thinking about others becomes too much, exceeding your focus on yourself… isn’t that just the same as overthinking? Why not try to stop now? Is it really that difficult not to listen, not to heed, or even not to think about what others say to you?
🗒️ Admin note:
Remember, my beloved friend, everyone has their own problems. Not thinking about others doesn’t mean we don’t care. Just get involved only as much as necessary; after all, they might not even want to be thought of.
And what if they are the ones who involve themselves in your life first—disturbing you, rambling, or even ruining some of your activities, plans, and habits?
It’s simple: let it go. I support you in fighting back if the problem is too big and serious, or if it genuinely corners you to the point where it greatly affects your life. In that case, you may think about the problem and then take appropriate action.
The rest? Ignore it. Stop thinking about something that you could actually categorize as a small issue, because it can turn into a big one if you keep caring about it. It’s time to say: “I don’t care.” Maybe relaxing a little can reduce the burden on your mind.
🌿 Communal reminder:
Doesn’t reducing one worry feel better? I’m not asking you to become someone who doesn’t care about anything—your compassion and care are your strengths. I’m just asking you to try and be a little more self-oriented. Do whatever you want to do. Eventually, other people might change their minds too.
Deal.
